PRODUCT DESIGN
Power transfer & rotor support
Excavator hydraulics drive the hydraulic motor, which transfers power through the belt transmission to the horizontal rotor and Y blades.
Belt drive keeps belt replacement straightforward and provides a degree of shock buffering that helps reduce direct shock transfer toward the hydraulic motor. The rotor shaft is supported on both sides.
Front intake for taller soft vegetation
For ordinary grass, use the normal opening position. For taller soft grass and reeds, the front hood can be fixed higher with the adjustment bolts to create a larger adjustable front intake opening.
This is an intake adjustment, not an adjustable cutting-height claim. It does not convert the Grass Cutter into a woody-brush mulcher.
Double-layer protection
Two-layer shielding helps reduce outward debris and splash risk.
Protective chain curtain
The front chain curtain provides an additional debris-control layer that helps reduce direct outward discharge and splash.

The Grass Cutter is intended for field mowing, roadside and edge maintenance, pasture and grass maintenance, and other soft vegetation. Taller soft grass and reeds can be handled with the intake set appropriately.
It is not intended for woody shrubs, saplings or heavy-brush mulching.
Field mowing in real conditions
Grass and soft vegetation enter the mowing head as the excavator positions the attachment along the field edge.
Roadside & edge maintenance
Excavator boom reach positions the mowing head for roadside and edge vegetation maintenance.
SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
Plan common wear parts around expected use
Replaceable mowing blades are the primary wear item, and woody or heavy vegetation accelerates blade wear.
Customers may prepare approximately 6–12 months of common wear parts depending on expected use, with blades as the primary spare recommendation and an optional spare belt also worth preparing.

Qualified component support within one year
For covered component issues within one year, the replacement component itself may be supplied without component charge where the issue qualifies for support.
Courier / international transport is normally borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. Larger replacement shipments may be delivered domestically to an agreed Chinese port or forwarder; international freight, customs clearance and destination-side charges are handled separately.
