BETENSH uses the details you provide to receive and respond to your inquiry, clarify your requirements, provide related follow-up, and manage the resulting business relationship.

Website analytics and your choice

BETENSH uses Microsoft Clarity to understand website use, including page visits, clicks, scrolling, and interaction behavior.

Optional analytics storage is controlled by your choice. We do not authorize Microsoft Ads storage in this implementation.

You can review or change your analytics choice at any time through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Declining optional analytics does not affect ordinary site functionality.

Google Maps Platform and Places

For authorized, user-requested business or place lookups in BETENSH Developer, we may use Google Maps Platform and Places. Lookup information is processed and displayed temporarily for that request.

Google-provided content is not stored in our candidate, prospect, customer, or contact records, or used as a source of record. We do not export that content or forward it to AI services.

We may retain operational records such as request status and quota usage that do not contain Google-provided place content. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention model

We use a business-interaction-based retention model, referred to as Model C. For an inquiry that does not convert into an active business relationship, personal information is generally retained for 24 months from the last meaningful business interaction.

A meaningful business interaction may include customer correspondence, a quotation or quotation follow-up, project progress, an order, or after-sales communication. Automated system activity, such as retries, audits, or internal notifications, does not by itself reset that period.

Active and necessary retention

Information may be retained longer while an inquiry, quotation, opportunity, customer relationship, order, or after-sales matter remains active. We may also retain information where a separate necessary or lawful reason applies, including contract, transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, or other record-keeping requirements.

Deletion or anonymization

When personal information is no longer needed under this model and no separate retention reason applies, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Anonymous operational statistics may be retained only where they can no longer identify a person.

Our current V1 process does not perform automatic retention deletion. Retention decisions are reviewed by a human using available business records and the last meaningful interaction.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask how we use your personal information or to request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, or restriction. Requests are reviewed in the context of any active business relationship and any necessary or lawful retention requirement.
